## Elmo Rietschle pumps in Ultra Controlo systems

Ultra Controlo also builds Elmo Rietschle vacuum pumps into its own systems: the datasheets of the ULTRAVAC medical vacuum plant and of the ULTRASEG anaesthetic gas scavenging system both name Elmo Rietschle as the pump brand.

## Vacuum pump or compressed air

Where a factory makes vacuum with compressed air, the Compressed Air Challenge Fact Sheet #2 (May 2026) says plants should apply a vacuum system instead of creating a vacuum using compressed air venturi methods that flow high pressure air past an orifice.
