What is UltraGreen?
Short answer
UltraGreen is the Ultra Controlo sustainability plan for ULTRAOX oxygen plants: an ULTRAOX enrolled in it runs on 100% renewable electricity, from on-site solar or certified green energy contracts.
Ultra Controlo states that an ULTRAOX unit enrolled in UltraGreen can avoid up to 130 tonnes of CO2 a year, and that UltraGreen brings a 35% gain in energy efficiency compared with benchmark PSA installations. Ultra Controlo is certified to ISO 14001 for environmental management.
